We use DHL courier for international shipping.
For shipping within Europe, it is possible to choose between ground shipping or air shipping.
Intercontinental shipping is made only by air shipping. 
In case of any problem with the delivery service, you will be fully compensated. 
 
Shipping costs
To see the rates applied to international shipping, please use the tool “ Shipping costs calculator” that you can find on the right column of this website. The tool will become available as soon as you add an item to your shopping cart. It will calculate the weight of the parcel and the costs of the shipping automatically.
International customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes and brokerage fees assessed by their government .

Free shipping
Packaging and shipping are free of charge for all orders over € 100,00 destination Italy or over € 200,00 destination European Union (DHL Express Air service).

Shipping
Shipping is carried out  from Monday to Friday .
The day of delivery will change depending on the final destination and on the goods ordered, but it will be communicated to you by phone call or e-mail promptly.

Guarantees on shipping
The major concern of Surbir.it is to preserve the product in order to guarantee its perfect preservation throughout the length of the journey: this is why  we use dry ice as a cooling when it is needed and we pack our parcels with extreme care.

The goods travel at our own risk: In case of any problem with the delivery service, you will be fully compensated. In case of damaging, we ask you to help us in improving our services, accepting the parcel conditionally. 

Temperature preservation
Some products are shipped with dry ice to keep an ideal temperature: cheeses, salami and pasta. The temperature is preserved within 72 hours since shipping (summer time), so it is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is available at the delivery address at all times during the delivery slot : if the delivery is carried out at first attempt, you will avoid your parcel being unclaimed an kept in storage for longer periods. In this way you will have the guarantee that the organoleptic qualities and the healthiness of goods will be respected.
