You can call it 'sweet', or 'almost panettone' or 'almost plum cake' : the fact is that it has been very difficult to classify this product, stemmed between the cooperation of Acetaia San Giacomo and confectioner's Filippi of Zanè, close to Vicenza. The pastry is soft and tender, never dry, it rises naturally in 3 (three) days, it contains sour black cherries marinated in Balsamic Essenza for days. Essenza is also present in the pastry and it gives it a particular colour.
