Our Acetaia Seasoning is the classical Balsamic vinegar you can use 'every day'. It was the first to be sold on the market 20 years ago to meet the need of having a Balsamic vinegar made with must of local grapes, but that was neither a Traditional (too precious to be used to dress a salad) nor an industrial balsamic vinegar that you could find in supermarkets. Besides salads and grilled meat, we think it can be used on a caprese (salad made of slices of fresh mozzarella cheese and ripe tomatoes ) or on a carpaccio (thinly sliced raw meat dressed with oil and Parmesan cheese). As far as we know, when the President of the US happens to be in his favourite restaurant in Chicago (Spiaggia's restaurant), he never misses to enjoy a few drops of our Seasoning on a gently grilled scallop!
