The Organic farm Biopiù, with over 35 hectaresof extension, owns 60 cows that produce milk, fed with fodders and feedstuff produced by the farm itself. Thanks to the processing of about 400000 kilos of milk each year, it produces 900 wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano, butter, ricotta and caciotta ; all of them are organic products guaranteed by a specific certification and obtained without any chemical substance, in complete respect of the environment.
