Manufactured in the heart of the Appennino Tosco Romagnolo. The crust, under straw, is intense yellow. His consistence is compact, his colour pale yellow. The aroma (tipical of pecorino cheese) and taste are not too strong. Sweet at beginning, good flavor, closes with a slight spicy taste . Entire shape: about 1.5 kg Seasoning approximately: 6 months
