Other vinegars

The world of vinegars is an endless chapter, both from the historical and cultural/ productive point of views. We have recently undertaken this street, well aware of the fact that it will be a steep one, because the “sour” and “acid” tastes are destined to disappear, totally overwhelmed by the plain and uniforming “sweet “ taste. At any rate, I hope that this path will give you, and us, great satisfactions.
