Italian dressing

Our dressings represent a good alternative and ,above all, are half-way between Traditional Balsamic Vinegar and what is known as “Balsamic Vinegar of Modena”, which is made of wine vinegar and can content even caramel.
Two practical considerations: 1- We DO NOT produce VERY THICK condiments. We think that density must be obtained just by ageing, as it happens for Traditional Balsamic Vinegar; 2- We DO NOT agree with those who try to sell you something that is 'almost like' the Traditional Balsamic but, 'as it is sold without the original bottle approved by the Vinegar Producers' society, is cheaper'.
We strongly believe in transparency, that is why we admit that the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar has a very low 'cost for each dose' but it has a very high purchase price, while the condiments are a different thing, as they are aged for less time, even though they are made with the same raw-material.
