It is a real short-cut to use while cooking: when I have no idea of what to prepare for one of my meals, I mix a pinch of this salt together with pepper, extra-virgin oil and a few drops of Balsamic vinegar :in this way, even the most insignificant steak or slice of bresaola (dried salt beef) acquires a superb taste. It is made of coarse-medium- grained marine salt mixed with a blend of herbs of Romagna ( sage, rosemary, garlic, bay, pepper and juniper) and it is processed according to Granny Ida's old recipe.
