The pasta thickness is as thin as can be. We have no doubt that they are one of the best tortelli you can find in Emilia and we are really lucky to be the sole agent for the on-line market! The good thing is that you can cook them at your own house. The recipe is very simple: just a sauce made with a bit of butter and some leaves of sage. (I remember once I used some mint instead of sage... you might want to give it a try!)
