The CORREGGIOLO monocultivar, when is nearly mature, shows a greenish yellow with golden tones, clear. The smell is intense and persistent; the vegetable taste is full of green artichoke notes and hints of herbs field. Enough bitter and spicy, balanced closing. Very good, for its characteristics, the beef carpaccio, soups, vegetables and mushrooms, and grilled red meat.
