The external body is made of Venezuelan cocoa at 70%, the filling is made only by our jelly of Balsamic: it is a real game of tastes. The producer of this kind of chocolates is the craftsman Giacomo Boidi of Giraudi (Piedemont, kingdom of chocolate production). This chocolate was born in a typical evening, before a bottle of good wine, and like all the things that are done with passion, it transmits strong sensations. We looked for a contrast between raw materials which were already excellent starting points. The crisp, fragrant and aromatic chocolate breaks and leaves room for the jelly that melts sweetly in your mouth, releasing sweet notes at first and closing with an acidic note that includes also the bitter taste of dark chocolate. Not suitable for those who are looking for very sweet, hazelnut and milk-chocolate taste.
